Primary poll muddies congressional primary waters

A poll of New York’s 23rd district has been met with both criticism and praise from the various camps as they approach the three-week stretch leading up to primary day.
The landline telephone poll was private sponsored by local activist and longshot candidate for U.S. Senate, Scott Noren and conducted by Florida polling company, Gravis Marketing. The poll gathered close to 600 responses to six questions pertaining to voters in the 23rd district and their voting tendencies for the upcoming Democratic primary.
“I wasn’t promising anything magical,” Noren said rebuffing growing criticisms, namely that the poll was skewed to reflect an older population.
